My name is Kelli Sheldon and I have been with RD since 2013.  Coaching is such a passion of mine and it shows every day when people talk to me about cheer and dance.  I think being on “stage” is just my thing!  That’s where I am complete.  Having stage presence is a confidence that helps in so many aspects of life and I have every intention of giving these kids that same feeling! I’ve been dancing since I was 3.  I grew up dancing with several studios including Fishback Dance Studio here in NM and Pueblo Ballet Company in Colorado and performing arts companies as well.  When I was 22, I started teaching and coaching.  Since I’ve been with RD, I have coached 7Bar Elementary, MLK Jr. Elementary and Lincoln Middle school in Rio Rancho where we won several 1st place trophies including one Grand Champion trophy.  That is where my love for Middle School kicked in.  What a thrill coaching at the middle school level!  WE will learn how to use our bodies to create a dream!  Get ready!
